  2. Move slowly through the exercise
  3. Keep your wrist flexed (don’t let it bend back)
  4. Keep your eyes looking in the right direction

One of the best ways to learn how to stack your joints to become very strong. This movement is not about how strong you are but able how well you can stack your joints to be structurally strong.
