Privacy Policy

FUJIFit is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our customers. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any other party except as required to process and ship purchases.

Information Collection
FUJIFit is the sole owner of the information collected on the Fuji Sports website. Fuji Sports collects information from our users at several different points on our web site.

A cookie is a small amount of data sent from our server and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Some of the cookies we use are essential for parts of the Sites to operate and are already set. These are strictly necessary for the sale of products requested by you and without them the
Sites cannot operate as intended.

Where you consent to us doing so, we also use cookies and other such devices to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users use our Sites and to help us improve the structure of our Sites (we cannot identify you personally in this way). We use cookies and other such devices to allow us to understand who has seen which pages and advertisements on the Sites, to determine how frequently particular such pages and advertisements are visited, to determine the most popular areas of the Site and generally in order to monitor usage of the Sites.

Where you consent to us doing so, we may also use cookies and other such devices to:
• to allow you to carry information across pages of our Sites and avoid having to re-enter information;
• within registration to allow you to access stored information;
• to help us recognize you as a unique visitor when you return to our Sites and to allow us to tailor content or advertisements to match your preferred interests or to avoid showing you the same adverts repeatedly;
• speed up searches; and/or within research surveys to ensure you are not invited to complete a questionnaire too often or after you have already done so.

Cookies are used by the FUJIFit order process to correctly process the order and as a convenience by identifying returning customers during the checkout process to populate billing information such as name, address, and phone number. This information is not used by us for any reason but for your convenience. We do not store credit card information or any other sensitive information. Our site cannot be used with cookies turned off.

Log Files
Like most standard web site servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Third Party Links
Personal information and/or non-personal information may be gathered by Social Media, analytics services or other third party vendors or service providers (referred to herein as “Third Parties” collectively, or “Third Party” singularly”). Third Parties may monitor the Sites and/or their own websites for the purpose of gathering Sites traffic, statistics, advertisements, “click-throughs” and/or other activities, and such Third Parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other monitoring technologies to compile statistics and information about users, and/or to associate non-personally identifiable information with personal information.
Except for as otherwise provided within this Policy, we do not control Third Parties’ privacy and data security policies. Third Parties have their own privacy and data security policies. We recommend that you consult and familiarize yourself with such policies. However, we undertake no responsibility for or on behalf of such Third Parties’ compliance with or accuracy of their own policies.

Our Sites are “general audience” websites and not geared toward children. Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our web site.

Business Transitions
If FUJIFit goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they may be given a choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or by emailing us at

Our web sites take every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
When ordering, our form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers). That information is protected via an industry standard encryption – SSL (Secure Socket Layer). While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing.’
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Employees must enter their password to gain access to user information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a high-security environment at our co-location facilities.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
If customers have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change.
