Key areas of focus:

  • Keep the bell below your shoulders when swinging
  • Don’t fall into a squat during the exercise
  • Keep it a hip dominate movement and avoid using your arms to move the bell

Will help the grappler develop key areas of their game. Ranging from balance to strength. This movement is a staple in my workout routines.
