Goals: Shoulder Strength

Key areas of focus:

  • Keep your body flexed as the bell gets pressed
  • Don’t push the bell up with your legs keep it strictly an arm/shoulder press
  • Keep eyes forward, don’t look at the bell

Will help the grappler develop key areas of their game. Ranging from shoulder strength to core strength. This movement is a staple in my workout routines.
