Kettlebell Routine

The Basic Lift

This routine is meant for the person with little lifting experience or someone who is looking to get back into lifting. Our goal with this workout out is to make it quick and effective. We don’t want to over do anything when we first start out. This will be a full body routine that will let you challenge yourself as much or as little as you like. When doing these types of workouts you want to focus on maintaining the same speed and intensity throughout the workout from beginning to end. The form is the most important thing to us so avoid starting out in a sprinting speed just to be overtired by round three and let your form go. Keep track of your time and weights for the overall workout then try to beat it each time.¬†You should do this routine 5 times from start to finish.
