Key Area of Focus:

  1. Keep your knees pressed out
  2. Try to keep your shoulders packed in tight
  3. Don’t jerk the weight up off the floor

This is a great exercise to help with grip strength and overall body strength. Make sure even if the bell is light you use every muscle in your body to lift the weight helping you to develop good form.
