Key Area of Focus:

  1. Catch the bell with arm extended below a 90-degree angle
  2. Pull it into a racked position close to your body
  3. Keep a slow and controlled pace holding the end ranges

Every grappler can use more core and should stability all the grappling sports are built around those two key areas. Have extra ways to train those areas of the body are always helpful.
