Products Used: Kettlebell 

Key Area of Focus:

  1. Keep the bell close to your body
  2. Focus on the hip hinge
  3. Make sure the bell lands smoothly in the rack position

Development of explosive strength is always going to be important for grapplers. This exercise is great because it can be done in tight quarters.

    Hello Travis,
    I tried these yesterday, and I was wondering which muscle groups should be engaged in pulling the KB up? Is power suppose to come from the hips or the upper body? Also any advice on not getting your wrist slammed by the KB when you rack it would be helpful.
