Goals: End Range Strength

Key Area of Focus:

  1. Keep your arm bent at a 90-degree angle to start
  2. Arm 45 Degree angle from Body
  3. Control the descent of the weight  

This is really helping the grappler develop strength at the end range of the movement. Normally, we are weaker in the arms the closer the weight is to our chest. So we can add higher amounts of weight to really focus on that end range strength.
