- Keep a strong wrist when moving the weight
- Move the weight slow and controlled through the lift
- Keep your eyes on the bell throughout the lift
This is great for judo players helping them get the extra range they need for rotation while under stress in the shoulders. For BJJ it’s great to help recover from side control keeping mobility in the hips while pushing off your opponent.
