Key Area of Focus:

  1. Keep your shoulder packed down
  2. Move slowly through the exercise
  3. Keep your wrist flexed (don’t let it bend back)
  4. Keep your eyes looking in the right direction

One of the best ways to learn how to stack your joints to become very strong. This movement is not about how strong you are but able how well you can stack your joints to be structurally strong.

      I can currently do 48kg for three on each side. The trick is to learn how to stack your bodies joints to be strong. Once you have the stability at the lower weights going up in weight should be easy.
