Body Weight Workout

The body weight workout is great for people who travel, people looking to get into shape, or as a warm up for seasoned lifters. This workout is designed to really attack your body. We have a little bit of everything in here from upper body push ups to lunges for your legs, we have even hit the core hard with a slow and steady bear crawl. As you get better with the exercises add weight to the ones that get easier. This will make the workout more difficult drastically.

This small circuit is great to help you warm up for your bigger Olympic Lifts or as a stand alone workout. If you are looking to use this as a warm-up go once through the circuit then continue on with your lifting routine. To turn this into a workout all by itself go through it three times at a steady pace.

90 Degree Lunges


Push Ups

Stright Leg Sit Ups

Straight Leg Raises 

Bear Crawls

Squat To Toe Touch

    Do you do all 3 sets with no rest

      Depends on what you’re looking to accomplish? When doing a full workout no rest is best for conditioning. When using it for a warm up best to only do once through. If your just starting out try keeping your rest under 2 min.
